By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
Free gift when you purchase 3 or more items:
Applies to items paid at full price only.
We offer free shipping worldwide on most items.
Free express shipping items:
Select items are available for express shipping, within the U.S.A. If you order an item marked as 'Free express shipping', the estimated delivery time is 1 - 5 business days within the U.S., dependent on the couriers delivery schedule. In many cases, customers in metro areas will receive their package the day after it is shipped. Regional areas can take up to 5 working days. These items require a shipping charge if shipping outside of the U.S.
Shipping times for all other items:
We're an International Label based online from Australia, however we source our clothing from around the globe. Our delivery timeframes are dependent on the location of the buyer. Standard shipment will take 2-7 business days and delivery will take approximately 1-4 weeks*. We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to Covid-19. Please read the Covid-19 section below for updates.

Covid-19 Shipping Update
We are currently experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. We are working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible and clear backlog. “Economy Air” international delivery service has been suspended for parcels and Economy letters containing merchandise to all countries, territories and regions effective 3 April and until further notice."
This has impacted delivery to some regions where parcels are being routed by seamail. Seamail shipments are expected to deliver within 40 - 60 business days.
International Customs Fees
All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. Salty Sadie is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.
If an order is refused by a customer due to custom fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. Salty Sadie is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
Salty Sadie does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Salty Sadie cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
